Fascia Graphics® is renowned for its innovation and product development. Our experienced R&D Engineers research the latest techniques and materials to ensure our customers receive pioneering solutions. For instance, we were one of the first in the industry to offer Membrane Keypads, Graphic Overlays and Labels with anti-microbial coatings, preventing the growth of harmful bacteria, mould and mildew. This product has since been used extensively within the medical and catering sectors. A recent project is the use of back-lighting within Membrane Keypads for the military aviation sector. The use of EL (Electro Luminescent) was not viable due to the diminishing properties of EL inks, and within a military aviation application this was not acceptable. Fascia Graphics® overcame this by introducing LGF (Light Guide Film) into the assembly of our membrane keypads, switches and keyboards. This provided a stable, cost-effective solution. But our R&D does not end with the product. We are constantly developing new production techniques and methods, all the while investing in plant to ensure our manufacturing facility runs as ‘lean’ as possible. This gives our customer’s the peace of mind that the product they receive is not only of the highest quality, but also at market-competitive prices on a global scale.
