HYD hydrostatic liquid level sensors

First Sensor HYD transmitter offers high precision hydrostatic level measurement for pressure ranges from 1 m water column (100 mbar). The HYD level probe features a compact and rugged stainless steel housing, incorporating a flush mounted laserwelded diaphragm and achieves a long term stability of <±0,1 %FSS/year. The HYD transmitters are compensated for temperature and air pressure fluctuations and provide a 4...20 mA output signal. An intrinsically safe version of the transmitter according to ATEX II 1G (EEx ia IIc T4) is available for use in hazardous areas. Custom specific calibrations and different cable lengths are available on request. Application examples are the level measurement in waterworks, deep wells, tanks, reservoirs, etc.
