As the situation is extremely fast-moving, we will issue updates more frequently as further announcements are made by HM Government. We continue to monitor government guidelines and WHO advice to ensure we can continue to provide our standard service provisions.
UK collection and delivery operation - Our domestic UK sameday service has no current restrictions and we are working closely with our overnight domestic partners for which their networks continue to operate.
International collection and delivery operations - With the current airline and border restrictions you will understand that our European and International operations will be limited due to borders and some EU destinations being on lockdown. In the meantime, if you have any queries regarding specific destinations please contact our team for any updates.
Operational cover - We recognise that our customers’ needs may become more diverse than ever before and we are both ready and equipped to provide solutions. In the event of further government advice our team is ready to deliver 24/7 operational cover via remote access from home.
Collection & Delivery process - As your safety is our priority, we have introduced a contactless collection and delivery process. Our drivers have been informed of the steps they must take to achieve this. Therefore, upon delivery we are asking our drivers to not obtain a signature but to purely capture and record the consignees full name and this will be entered manually for all records until further notice. These processes allow us to accurately capture and record all deliveries as we normally do but to continually provide you with full track and trace.
Briefing our People - We continue to evaluate the current situation to guarantee business continuity and to ensure our operation continues to safeguard our employees and customers alike. All advice is gained from that issued by HM Government concerning Covid-19.
