The Lambda cell features fast and accurate pick and place robotics combined with well defined hardware and software interfaces. This makes it an excellent test handler able to integrate a wide range of different test boxes. Connections to the test boxes are done through standardized I/O communication and communication with test computers is done through the MIM-software. Handling time can be reduced by using dual grippers.
