Challenge
FLYNN were approached to develop a range of products for Shuttl, a fitness business based in the UK, shuttlfitness.com , the core focus for Shuttl is cardio and interval training based on an update to the traditional bleep test. FLYNN were able to offer a range of exciting new product options for the brand.
FLYNN developed the IP, the industrial design, design for manufacture, brand and embedded electronics with our partners.
Outcome
At a time global supply chains were being impacted due to the pandemic. We explored a range of low capital cost zero tooling options for production. We proposed this industrial aesthetic lead by fabricated components and extrusion actually was in keeping with the emergency of cross fit style gyms. This is an exciting new fitness product, UK designed and manufactured. Shuttl Fitness
