This new generation of extruders could produce very thin layers of film. The film was made up of 32 interwoven layers per square meter. This meant that NANO films are much stronger than their regular cousins, who only have 3 to 10 linear layers. The then-new NANO 32 was thinner and stretched further with its 32 layers.
