Is there a timeframe & deadline that would you like the project to be completed?

Is there adequate access for workmen, materials and furnishings?

Are there lifts or stairs to be negotiated?

Has a risk assessment been done to satisfy health and Safety requirements, particularly if students are in situ.

Is there a particular budget you are working to and do you have anything specific in mind.

How much light is there in the room? Would you benefit from additional lighting for specific tasks?

Are there adequate power points/sinks/storage facilities in the correct locations? Consider the position of sockets and switches.

Consider the position of windows and doors. Do you need window coverings?

Is the flooring appropriate for the area?

Does the decor need to be changed?
