Cast Aluminium Heater Bands

Our Cast Aluminium Heater Bands are custom-made to fit any barrel. They can be manufactured with various holes, cut outs and tapped threads for thermocouple adaptors.

All voltage combinations including three phase can be manufactured. Various thicknesses are available, as well as various termination options, such as sockets, threaded post terminals, and IP rated terminal boxes.

Heater/Cooler versions are also available, including vented bands for greater air cooling, and internal pipes for water/oil cooling.
