Formed Tubular Heaters

Our Formed Tubular Heaters are custom-made to suit the customer's requirements. The element material is commonly constructed out of either stainless steel or incoloy depending on the application. Various tube diameters are available, the most common options being 6.5mm Ø, 8.0mm Ø, 8.5mm Ø, 10.0mm Ø, and 16.0mm Ø. The length, shape, wattage and voltage of the tubular heater is manufactured based on the requested specification. Various termination options are available ranging from post terminals to glass fibre leads.
