Our Immersion Heaters are custom-made to suit the customer’s requirements. The material is commonly constructed out of either stainless steel or incoloy depending on the application. The standard tubular diameter is 8.5mm Ø, with the immersion length being dependant on the specification of the application. Typically the heater is secured with either a threaded fitting or a flange plate with fixing holes. The standard termination is a terminal head assembly which the tubular elements are fixed into, with waterproof variants being available. Additional thermowells are also available upon the customer’s request.
