Silicone Mat Heaters

Our Silicone Mat Heaters are available in either pre-formed or lay-flat configurations depending on whether the heaters are necessary to heat drums or other applications . They are custom-made to include various holes or cutouts, as well as an optional external holster for thermocouple probes. Fastening methods range from Velcro straps to spring latches. Optional integral thermal cut outs and temperature controllers can also be included upon request. The typical termination consists of silicone leads, with integral thermocouples available upon request.
