Our Micro Coil Heaters are supplied with either flat or round cross-sectional element configuration. Standard sectional sizes are 1.3mm x 2.3mm or 1.8mm Ø respectively with different cross-sectional sizes available. Coil Heaters are supplied as standard at 230 volts with other voltages also available.
Our Micro Coil Heaters are usually supplied with PTFE insulated leads, with a choice of additional lead protection sleeves such as braided metal sleeve. In most designs a dedicated earth lead and a built-in Type ‘J’ or Type ‘K’ Thermocouple can be fitted.
Additional options such as clamp bands or pressed on tubes to aid clamping force can be specified, as well as a variety of cable exit configurations.
