GEZE UK is thrilled to announce its accreditation as a Living Wage Employer. The real Living Wage stands as the sole UK wage rate grounded in the cost of living. It is voluntarily adopted by over 14,000 UK businesses, demonstrating their belief in providing wages that meet essential everyday needs for their employees.
To secure this accreditation, GEZE UK had to verify that all directly employed staff receive the real Living Wage, and also outline a plan to ensure that all contractors are paid a Living Wage – both of which the company has successfully achieved.
Paying the real Living Wage not only benefits staff but also enhances the company's reputation as an employer, boosting staff productivity and morale. It contributes to maintaining competitiveness, retaining current staff, and attracting new talent.
