Our well equipped vehicles hold stock of popular components to ensure a high first time fix rate but if, in the event, the problem is more complicated then the engineer will ensure it is left in a safe condition or with some operation and the building is completely secure.Following the call out a detailed report is compiled and if needed a comprehensive quotation for further work will be raised within 48 hours. We offer competitive rates for all call outs and follow up work based on attendance and an hourly rate.
