Cambridge Structural Glass Replacement

Our Cambs High Level Glazing team carried out replacement works of a structural glass fin for one of our commercial clients based on the Cambridge Science Park. The glass fin formed part of the structural components of the planar structure and due to the position and elevation of the fin, needed our specialist knowledge in respect of difficult access projects. The replacement fin was hoisted into position and secures by via rope abseil techniques by IRATA trained technicians. As with all our works, our mantra is safety, safety, safety! and this is always ensured by producing an comprehensive method statement and safety plan which is communicated to all concerned and approved prior to commencement of works.
