Glazing Refurbishment have this week completed the large scale overhaul and maintenance of a prominent Leeds financial institution's curtain walling. Utilising abseil methods our team stripped back the the pressure cap system and removed all debris and blockages that have been hindering drainage. The application of a high specification glazing tape followed with all fixings replaced. Final external sealing added a final barrier against ingress with a detailed water test carried out to confirm water tightness. The high standard of materials and skillful approach enabled us provide a 60month guarantee against water ingress.
