Glass Replacement to London Office Facility

After months of liaising with the Local Authority and client, Glazing Refurbishment have completed the required high level glass replacement to this City of London office facility. Due to the requirement of a specialist self-erecting tower crane to safely manoeuvre the replacement glazing, our team liaised with the local council and interested parties to organise a road closure and associated permits. Once in place, we commence with the setting up of the crane and our IRATA trained Rope Access teams. Working in conjunction with internal Technicians, our teams removed the existing fractured glazing from position for disposal. Following preparation works, the replacement panel was taken from ground level utilising the crane and specialist suction lifting equipment to the works area for installation. With the high level glass replacement completed in one shift, the team were able to clear the works area and hand over the site back to a very happy client.
