Glazed Entrance Refurbishment Edinburgh

Glazing Refurbishment Ltd, have just completed a major upgrade to the glazed entrance package for a large Edinburgh city centre based well known high street Bank. The works were delivered and managed via our Scottish Regional project office located in nearby central Glasgow. The scope of the works was to remove an existing large glass revolving door package complete with the associated planar existing glazed screen and two side pass doors, in all some 480 SqM. Glazing Refurbishment Scotland then installed a new electrically operated sliding door package, two new pass doors one to include wheelchair access and a new curtain walling screen, the latter point fixed with structural silicone surrounds. New external perimeter weather flashings were introduced complete with a new structural box gutter and downpipes all products were produced in our dedicated engineering workshop and polyester powder coated within our own in house spray plant. Glazing Refurbishment Scotland took on the role of Main Contractor for the duration of the works encompassing and delivering on time and programme not only our own works but also that of fourteen other sub contract trades who utilised the window and access provided by GR's in order to complete other outstanding maintenance and repair works. Another successful CDM Glazing refurbishment project delivered on budget/programme complete with long term ongoing guarantees and equally important is yet another satisfied commercial client, building owner/occupier, surveyor and project architect.
