GRs Large Works Division have commenced with the extensive Façade Refurbishment package as part of a large scale conversion of commercial premises to residential located in central Welwyn Garden City. The GR Large Works Division were awarded the contract based on a proven ability within the Commercial sector of delivering high level glazing/vent replacement programs on time, on program and most importantly with safety at the forefront of everything we do. The pictures attached show our operatives preparing for the installation of replacement DGU’s incorporating a ventilation detail to the existing curtain wall.
