Glazing Refurbishment holds Health and Safety as a core business value and is committed to creating a future free from incidents and injuries. We operate an Incident and Injury Free policy and are committed to realizing this throughout the company. This philosophy reaches every part of the companies operations and extends to all operatives, subcontractors and suppliers. We have an ongoing training and assessment programme to ensure that all staff have a high level of safety training and awareness. •All operatives have completed the appropriate training courses for their specific job roll. •Our supervisory staff have attended the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS). The objective of the SMSTS is to develop awareness and competence to manage safety effectively in compliance with company policy and the current H&S legislation.
