Glazing Refurbishment Ltd, are specialists in the refurbishment and renovation of commercial and architectural glazing in the School, University and College environment.
The work we undertake range from large-scale maintenance projects such as window refurbishment programs across an entire building, or the complete replacement of glazing in an atrium or canopy, through to individual glass and seal changes to prevent isolated instances of water ingress.
Our client base includes many of the leading UK universities, colleges, schools and property management companies as well as public bodies and government departments.
Scheduled maintenance and cleaning contracts can be set up so performance is maintained and current health and safety legislation/standards identified/met, with any areas of degradation identified and targeted with remedial repair works before developing into problems that are more widespread and much more expensive to resolve.
Disruption to you, your staff and students, operations and curriculum can be minimised by either strategic targeted programs or by simply working out-of-hours. In addition our experience of working in high-security and sensitive environments has led us to develop procedures for working compactly and causing as little disturbance as possible to areas adjacent to our works.
