Weekend Working

Not everyone at Glazing Refurbishment Ltd will be enjoying a long weekend after today. We have a team working at a shopping Centre in Lowestoft this weekend replacing polycarbonate panels. So as not to disturb the tenants and shoppers we are primarily working out of hours. This mean the scissor- lifts, cherry pickers and scaffold, can be safely used by our technicians whilst causing minimum disruption within the centre. All Glazing Refurbishment Site Operatives are CITB Health & Safety Tested and Qualified CSCS card holders. They all receive training in the correct use of Safety Harnesses and high level works are conducted by Glazing Refurbishment PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers & Manufacturers Association), IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) and IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) trained technicians where applicable. All works are supported by detailed Method Statements and Risk Assessments and are underwritten by £10 million of Public, Product and Employer's Liability Insurance, as well as our own comprehensive, long-term guarantees. Health & Safety procedures are accredited by the leading contractor assessment organisations, including CHAS, Safecontractor, Contractorplus and Constructionline. We also hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
