In many instances these inspection programs are requested to fulfill site insurance requirements and reduce policy premiums. A comprehensive survey is conducted throughout, including all areas of high level and difficult access glazing. Items inspected include glass, glazing system, all associated components and fixings and supporting structural steelwork, highlighting any glass that does not comply with current regulations and componenent failure or degradation of any kind. From loose or missing fixings through to hermetic seal failure, current faults and projected dilapidations, all eventualtities are confirmed and reported. A detailed bound report is submitted to the client. This includes any defects founds; Health and Safety implications (if any); projection of future issues and remedial advice as necessary, with priority categorisation.
