Atrium replacement

Typically we are called in to refurbish old, tired and dated buildings. We simply remove the existing cladding/facia panels and replace with new, remove the window glass panels and replace with modern safety panels and fit new parapet flashings if required. We would then overhaul any associated overhead rooflights and glazing by removing the glass panels/units, replacing the internal weather seals whilst retaining the original bar-work, replace the glazing with new safety glass panels/units, clean up or replace the external aluminium caps and re-fit or replace with new the associated weather flashings. Our Site Technicians are trained to CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) standards, IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) standards, IPAF (Industrial Powered Access Federation) standards and PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers' Association) standards. Our Health & Safety Managers, Operations Managers, Project Managers and Site Technicians are also trained to SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) standards.
