Our Commercial Glazing Maintenance Division provides a comprehensive repair and maintenance service for all types of architectural glazing, to include: glass roofs and rooflights, atria, curtain walling, glazed screens, windows and doors. In association with glass roofs and windows we also maintain aluminium and lead parapet, kerb and roof weather flashings and high level rainwater goods to include guttering and down pipes. Glazing Refurbishment Ltd offers a number of preventative programme's for commercial glazing maintenance including high-level glass upgrades, glass replacements and glass repairs, refinishing or replacement of outer capping's, upgrading of the thermal and drainage performance of glazing systems and specialist seal services and cleans. We also offer a complete window maintenance package, our services include: removal and replacement of defective handles, hinges, locks and restricting stays. Installation of new rubber gasket weather seals, re - pointing of internal/external silicone perimeter seals to prevent water ingress. Upgrading of glass panels and units to meet current health and safety regulations, application of safety, privacy and bomb films, in depth cleaning and surface restoration works to glazing and associated framework.
