Studied in laboratories for the multiple production of hard gelatine capsules on a small scale, the MC 100 is composed of an orientator and of a capsule filling machine mounted on the same conveniently sized base that can fit on any work table.The capsule filling machine is equipped with a vibrating plate to aid in the uniform descent of powders and with a device for the simultaneous compression of powders in 100 capsules.The machine comes complete with accessories to process one capsule size. Accessories to carry out capsule format changes for normal hard gelatine capsules as well as for DB CAPS capsules are available in all sizes.Other special accessories such as hoppers with reduction gears and special hoppers for granule insertion in capsules, pellets and/or tablets for clinical studies and tests are also available.The MC-50 machine is also available on request with the same structure and the same characteristics as the MC-100, but made for the filling of 50 capsules.
