V-10 Automatic Capsule Machine

An automatic machine for the preparation of hardgelatine capsules from size 00 to size 4. Sizes 000 and 5are available as an option.The machine can vary its production from a minimum of2,000 capsules an hour to a maximum of 9,000 capsulesan hour.The powder dosage occurs through a plate feederthat goes through three adjustable pressings, whichallow the powder to be compacted for insertion intothe capsule.The machine, on request, can be equipped withsystems for the insertion of tablets, granules or pellets.For small fi llings, the machine?s hourly production canbe increased.Even if meant for small and medium production, themachine was designed and constructed to supportelevated work loads, thus making the V-10 extremelyreliable.The machine is run by a PLC Siemens operated by atouch screen on which the operator sets the machinefunctions.
