Check out our PJ Trigger- Spray! GOP’s PJ Series Trigger Spray is all plastic in construction with a single polymer (polypropylene) representing over 90% of the material. The trigger is available with 30% PCR (by weight) and is recyclable. It has a high 1.3ml dosage to reduce the number of times the user has to pull the handle to cover a cleaning surface. It’s ergonomic shroud design allows larger bottles to be held easily for dispensing liquids and it is available with spray / stream combination nozzle and plastic mesh foamer option. With a rigid polypropylene dip tube to allow semi or fully automated assembly onto a bottle, and flat top and side shroud design to allow easy transfer down a semi or fully automated filling line. The flat sided shroud also allows labels to be applied for on-shelf retailer marketing, our subsidiary company Film & Foil Solutions Ltd can handle your label requirements. The robust design allows the trigger spray to be re-used and reduces packaging waste, this has been tested to 10,000 dispenses representing +25 times re-used on a 500ml bottle.
