Custom Die Cutting Prototyping
Do you need prototype cut parts for a new product or process?
We will produce the initial samples FREE OF CHARGE so long as we have the material you require as a stock item and you can supply us with an electronic drawing (preferably A DXF file).
Of course, we can manufacture cut parts from virtually any material & non-stock material prototypes or items that need drawing will be produced for a small nominal charge.
Prototypes are produced on CAD/CAM machinery, usually water jet or drag knife cutters.
Prototypes are available with short lead times for you to evaluate their Suitability in your process thus avoiding delays in your planning.
