Contamination Assessments

The Green Air Monitoring Ltd range of product services have been developed to aid personnel with the ‘policing’ responsibilities for the daily management and operation of premises’ mechanical services and, ultimately the provision and implementation of a routine indoor air quality monitoring regime. - Initial Risk Assessment. A preplanned inspection encompassing samples for bacteriological analysis and recorded visual inspection. This service will provide a comprehensive overview on the internal condition of the ventilation and air conditioning ductwork systems. On completion a full written report, covering findings and microbiological sample results, is provided complete with a cross-referenced record of images in a digital CD-ROM or Hi8 video format. - Contractor Verification Survey. A specialist inspection and testing service that can be provided prior to commencement and / or on completion of a specialist air system cleaning operation. GAM’s independent status ensures the survey report can provide evidence of a satisfactory cleaning operation. - Contamination Assessment. A sampling and testing service designed to assess a ventilation or air conditioning ductwork system for bacteria and fungal contamination. - Spot Fogging. In certain circumstances in may be possible to undertake remedial action to reduce localised areas of contamination by the use of a biocide spray.
