Synthesis Scales Oligos up to 110 bases may be synthesized at 0.05, 0.2, and 1.0 µmole scales. Contact your Account Representative for long modified oligos or oligos greater than 110 bases. Purification All Sigma oligos include desalting and deprotection at no additional charge. Since stringent applications may require additional purification, PAGE purification is recommended for oligos greater than 50 bases. Pricing Unlike other suppliers, there is no additional charge for long oligo synthesis. Minimum Yield Yield will vary based upon base composition, purification, oligo length, scale and modifications.
