The lubrication systems installed incorporated the hard wearing and reliable HDI pump fitted with 6 litre reservoirs,and these pumps been installed on Many Cat machines around the world HDI pumps are electrically operated and can work up to 400 bar pressure to overcome tight bearing conditions.An electronic control card connected to the vehicles ignition, operates an On/Off switch, which brings the lubrication system into operation immediately the vehicle is started, providing exact delivery of grease to each bearing and bushing systematically and efficiently. Such a system is designed to provide lubrication safely and regularly to moving parts inaccessible to a manually operated grease system
