Medical Device ISO8 Test Media

Due to future projects and facility expansion a Cleanroom Extension was required. The Class 10,000 / ISO8 area utilised existing modular panels alongside new panels, Vinyl cladding and a complete new Walk-on ceiling. A new HVAC system was designed and installed that served both the existing Cleanroom and new area. The ducting layout was designed to allow the existing Air Handler to provide emergency support. The Extension was installed alongside existing production and the 􀃶nal changeover works were scheduled over a weekend to avoid disruption. A preparation area was installed with Pass-through Hatches serving the main area and a range of services were included including 3ph and Air line supplies within the ceiling
