Asked to provide a description of the business, her journey to leadership and leadership style, Manpreet Gill said: 

“We are a privately owned IT Services and consulting business headquartered in the UK. We specialise in Cloud and Data Centre Migration and AI Solutions. Four years ago, I was honoured to be asked to step into the CEO role. Before that, my career was finance-led within the tech industry. I joined Bell as FD in 2014 and then assumed the role of CFO in 2019. My leadership style is collaborative and enabling.  I care about the success of our business and doing the right thing for our people, prioritising their wellbeing, growth and inclusion.”
