The Carlisle Brass 202mm Georgian Urn Door Knocker Polished Brass has a traditional design and would look wonderful on any front door. The rope design is indicative of a distinctive Georgian style and it has been a very popular design for most types of traditional front door.

This knocker is made from solid brass and has a polished brass finish. The product is highly polished and coated with a quality clear lacquer to help prevent corrosion. Some care and attention is required to prevent it from tarnishing, but a clean with mild soapy water to remove dirty deposits and then a light waxing from time to time will protect the lacquer from breaking down. Never use metal cleaning equipment or abrasive chemical products on polished brass, as these will damage the lacquer.
