The Carlisle Brass DK8 roller arm stay is commonly used to restrict the opening of bottom hung fan light windows and traditional side hung windows. It is suitable for light to medium weight windows.

Contemporary Chrome Finishes

The DK8 roller arm window stay is available in either a traditional polished brass finish or contemporary chrome finishes, both polished and satin chrome. Good quality chrome finishes are virtually maintenance free and only require a periodical clean with a non-abrasive wax polish to maintain the original appearance.

Solid Brass Roller

Unlike many cheaper versions the DK8 roller stay has a solid brass roller and not a plastic roller. Plated to match the arm colour and finish the roller is sturdy and will last for many more years than a plastic one.
