The Carlisle Brass Georgian Casement Stay has a reeded design on the very end; this makes it perfect for traditional interiors. The polished brass finish also makes the stay more traditional. The stay measures at 254mm in length, this size stay is normally used on main window sashes. 

Casement Stay Size

The general rule of thumb for selecting the correct length of window stay is that the stay length should be about 50% to 60% of the casement width. The length of the stay will determine to some extent the degree of opening, but the actual selection of the length is also a matter of personal preference.
