The Raised Finger Plate is commonly used on the other side of the door to a pull handle; it can be used separately with levers or knobs to protect the door from finger marks.

This finger plate is made from brass. It has a satin chrome finish.

Engraved Writing Door Plates

For commercial situations the finger plate is often printed or engraved with the word ‘PUSH’ although the absence of a pull handle does tend to suggest that the door should be pushed. Please see related items.
