The Carlisle Brass Reversible Victorian Casement Fastener Satin Chrome is one of the most commonly used fasteners for timber windows. It operates with either a mortice or hook plate and is reversible.

Satin Chrome Fastener

Made by Carlisle Brass, from solid brass the fastener has a satin chrome finish for modern interiors.

Matching Window Stays

The Victorian fastener is used with the plain Victorian stay, which is available in 3 lengths; 202mm, 254mm and 305mm.  The matching Carlisle Brass stay is the M44.  As the fastener is non-locking, it is common practice to lock the stay using a stay locking pin.
