The Eurospec 76mm (3") Magnetic Tubular Latch Stainless Brass is designed to be used with door handles on roses, as it is pierced to accept bolt through fixings. The 8mm heavy duty sprung follower will accommodate sprung levers, and both hollow and solid unsprung ball bearing levers. The latch comes complete with non-lipped, radius deadbolt strikes for new fitting as well as square faceplate and short-lipped strike for retrofitting (where architrave is already cut out for a lipped strike).

The latch pinion rollers are made from stainless steel ensuring long life, friction free operation. It is supplied with non magnetic, austenitic grade 201 stainless steel face plates and keeps – most competitor alternatives have aluminium or plastic strikes.
