Innovative Design

This latch works in conjunction with the Excel Hardware push button privacy handles only. There is also a standard latch version available in the related products and this allows the user to install the same Smartlatch design throughout their home for both privacy and standard handles. 

The privacy SMARTLATCH has a discreet round shape making it very pleasing to look at. As well as being attractive, it is also practical - it has a rotating latch bolt for universal handing. This 70mm latch has a 57mm backset.
