It was another successful show for Harlequin Floors as MOVE IT, Britain’s leading dance show returned to London’s Olympia in its 10th anniversary year. Event joint sponsors, Harlequin once again provided dance floors for the main stage, Harlequin Masterclass Studio and the Ballroom. This year the ever popular Move It Freestyle stage was equipped with one of Harlequin’s newest floors – Harlequin FreeStyle, which is particularly suited to street and hip-hop dance. Said to be the UK's biggest dance event, MOVE IT’s 3-day festival of dance was expected to bring 24,000 dancers to Olympia. Harlequin Floors exhibition stand also hosted a busy programme of dance including performances by Boy Blue Entertainment who presented a ‘7 to smoke’ battle. Royal Academy of Dance, Contemporary Dance UK and Tap Attack also made guest appearances on the Harlequin exhibition stand. The stand, with Harlequin FreeStyle installed on a Harlequin Liberty sprung floor also proved to be a popular venue for impromptu performances from visitors keen to demonstrate their dance moves. The Move It Main Stage with Harlequin FreeStyle installed on a Harlequin Liberty sprung floor was the host of the most spectacular performances from some of the most exciting artists and dance companies from all over the UK. The Harlequin Masterclass Studio was a dedicated, intimate space with a fully sprung Harlequin Liberty floor with Harlequin Studio dance surface created especially for advanced and professional dancers. The ballroom featured a Harlequin Liberty sprung floor with a wood effect Harlequin Fiesta vinyl surface. The Harlequin team would like to thank all the dancers who performed on their exhibition dance floor and and contributed to such a successful show. - See more at: http://uk.harlequinfloors.com/en/news/another-successful-show-for-harlequin-floors-at-move-it/#sthash.UqyiBMqB.dpuf
