Description Intex Krystal Clear sand filters have long been the leading choice for the above ground market for keeping pool water clear and sparkling, with built in 24 hour timer adding to a hassle free experience with maintaining a cleaner pool. 2. What size pump/filter set do I require for my pool? We have four models available:- Model 1 : 0.25hp pump and filter set with 4m3 per hr flow rate Model 2 : 0.3hp pump and filter set with 6m3 per hr flow rate Model 3: 0.75hp pump and filter set  with 8m3 per hour flow rate Model 4: 0.95hp pump and filter set with 9.2m3 per hour flow rate If you are using these with one of our heat pumps, please check that the flow rate exceeds the required flow rate for the heat pump Please call us if you need assistance with this Note: plunger valves not supplied, but available as an optional extra 4. Pipe Kit Included: If you will be using a heat pump, you may also need to purchase an additional piece of hose to go from the heat pump back to the pool. See below for a link to the pool hose 6. Optional Extras: 25kg bag of glass filter media See section 4 above, to see how many bags you will need as they vary for each model. Glass media has a life span of 5 years per bag, where as sand media only has 3 years. Pool Hose You may need to purchase an additional length of pool hose to connect from your heat pump to the pool We sell both 1.5" pool hose and 1.25" pool hose Rigid Pipe Conversion Kit A Rigid Pipe conversion kit is available if you want to use solid pipe with these units. Intex/Bestway Hose Adaptor A Intex/Bestway Hose Adaptor A : the 38mm male screw nut is ideal to fasten on to the Krystal clear pump filter set to add a section of either 32/38mm pool hose on the stepped hosetail as shown Intex/Bestway Hose Adaptor B Intex/Bestway Hose Adaptor B to connect 38mm hose (with a grey female nut) to 32mm pool hose or a pool with a 32mm outlet/spout. 7.
