Safe, Snug & Secure

September 23, 2016 Since 1853, we have enjoyed feeling safe and secure in our nice, warm, cosy homes with the invention of central heating and locks. You can picture the scene now; slippers on, slab of chocolate, favourite TV program on. With the nights drawing in and the weather forecasted to be disastrous this winter, I know I am looking forward to being cosy and safe! But, I know I do want other family members living alone like my mother to experience this blissful feeling. Do you feel worried about other friends, neighbours or family? Why not help them to make their own house secure? They will definitely appreciate it! There are a few basic things you can do to secure a home. Door viewers are good idea. They help you see who is outside, without having to open the door. Just remember to install them to the height of the house owner!
