European Bathroom Lock Heavy duty european mortice strongly sprung (Grade 3) bathroom lock case with stainless steel 22mm wide forend and striking plate, with stainless steel latch and deadbolt which is suitable for domestic and commercial projects. The bathroom lock has a backset (distance from edge of door to handle/toilet set) of 60mm and is suitable for un-sprung lever handles and toilet sets with either a 5 or 8mm spindle bar. The distance between the centre of the lever handle and toilet set is 78mm which aesthetically when viewed on a door is less cramped than conventional UK locks. This bathroom lock also has a "grip-tight" follower that eliminates the wobble that can felt when operating the lever handles with other makers bathroom locks. This bathroom lock is CE Marked and conforms to european standard EN12209:2003 Classification 3X810G-BG20 and to the dimensional characteristics of DIN 18251 and comes with a 5 year guarantee. Certifire approved (CF850) for use on 30 and 60 minute fire rated doors.
