Pre-constructed timber buildings

Homestead Garden Offices are built at our Oxfordshire Garden Building factory and delivered in pre fabricated timber sections. These are assembled on a concrete base foundation that we will have previously installed as part of our Garden Buildings Package. Unlike a pad system, often recommended by other Timber Building companies, our installed concrete base will prevent unwanted intrusion beneath your garden Garden Office by vermin and create an unmovable foundation that will never sink or flex that would lead to sticking windows and doors in the future. The concrete base of your Garden Office is mixed on site with minimal disruption in your garden and sits on top of the ground to prevent rainwater 'flooding' beneath the heavy-duty insulated timber floor that we include. Also no intrusive ground excavation will be necessary for the construction of your garden Garden Office. The timber clad sections of your Garden Office will have been pre- painted or wood-stained to a colour of your choice prior to delivery and arrive with fitted double glazed windows and doors ready for our cavity wall insulation system.
