Plastic Plating

The MPC® - plastic coating is applied by spraying in the electro static field and subsequent latticelike polymerization. The thermal stress to the base material is relatively low. Layer thicknesses of approx. 60 µm up to 1.000 µm can be produced so that damaged piston rod surfaces (f. ex. when grooves are formed) can be repaired with the MPC® coating. All main metallic materials including their alloys can be coated with the MPC® coating.
