The ICE25 Smoker is ideal for meat, fish, hams, bacon, cheese, poultry, salami where benefit is required by smoking, both hot and cold smoke options, drying and cooking. The Kiln is manufacture from stainless steel, with easy access to the interior for hygiene cleaning, and maintenance. The enclosed kiln is fully insulated for maximum heat retention. Twin smoking draws helps with longer smoking periods, and a fully controllable fan helps with airflow around the product
