FF-AS Series Flake Ice Machine

FF-AS Series, available in 5Tons, 10 Tons, and 15 Tons capacities The FF-AS Series comes complete with all refrigeration equipment, controls and includes a air cooled condenser. Installation is quick and easy. The compressor and evaporator are positioned on the same framework with the electrical control panel mounted on the side of unit for easy access and control. The condenser is air-cooled and will need to be position outside. The compressor and condenser are supplied charged with Freon R404. The flake produced is between 1.5mm and 2mm thick at an average temperature of -9 degrees. The ice can also be used with a ice compactor to make ice blocks from 2 to 25 kilo. The Ice Systems range of machines are controlled by a P.C Board which monitors the operation of all components including water level, incoming power supply, high condenser temperature, low pressures etc. This system helps to prevent any serious damage to the machine. All of our machines are supplied with a water filter that needs to be replaced on a set time schedule to control limescale contamination and increase long-term productivity.
