Bench-top Moisture and Composition Analyser

A laboratory-based near infrared analyser. Precision composition analysis can be performed with the MCT660 in a wide variety of manufacturing processes. This rugged, simple to use, instrument performs rapid measurements of moisture, oils, resins and other constituents in all types of powders, flakes and leaves including: moisture and oil in snack foods (crisps, corn chips, baked and fried snacks); moisture, nicotine and sugars in tobacco; moisture in panel board (MDF, OSB, particle board and fibre board). The easy-to-use software guides the user through calibration and sample testing. Samples from a production line are placed in the sample dish and results of the constituent measurement are displayed within 10 seconds. The MCT660 can be operated as either a Windows-based computer, or as a stand-alone system.
